FORMstudio’s mixed-use development near Tower Bridge is nearing completion. The scheme, on an infill brownfield site, contains four apartments above a commercial unit at ground and basement levels.

The street frontage matches the rhythm and proportions of the adjoining buildings in the terrace, with windows having dark aluminium surrounds as a contemporary interpretation of traditional rendered surrounds within the stock brickwork façade.

The rear is crisply detailed with white rendered balconies, glass balustrades and full height aluminium glazing. Timber louvres screen the adjoining property from overlooking.
