An application for Planning permission has recently been submitted for 15-19 Dalston Lane for the retrofit and refurbishment of an existing Victorian Terrace in the centre of Hackney into 27 affordable studio homes with retention of the existing ground floor use as a pub.

In the rainy run up to Christmas, ground was finally broken and work commenced on our eco country house project that will provide a new centrepiece to a historic 18th century park in Norfolk.

FORMstudio is now owned by its employees under an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), a structure where all (or the majority) of the shares in a company are owned by an EOT and those shares are held on trust for the employees of the business as beneficiaries.
