Sleep-Pod

This pioneering concept is a unique solution for short-term accommodation for the homeless, emergency disaster relief accommodation, and for a number of other scenarios where a compact and secure personal sleeping capsule space is relevant.

The Pod is light, simple to construct and is delivered flat packed. Each unit is designed to tessellate with its neighbouring Sleep-pods to create a rigid, compact and acoustically effective jigsaw of separate rooms. The interchangeable panels are faced in laminates and LED downlights provide an attractive, low energy light. The first Sleep-Pods were put into use by Lorica St Patrick’s, a charity for homeless people.
