FORMstudio Gains Planning Consent for Contemporary New-Build House in Conservation Area

Planning permission has just been gained for our modern, high-quality, new-build house scheme in the West Putney Conservation area, demolishing an existing 1970s extension to the neighbouring coach house. In approving the scheme, Wandsworth planners said of the design “The architecture of the new building is thoughtful and employs a deliberately simple palette of materials… In my view this will be a good new building in the Conservation Area and a worthy replacement for the existing building.”
