Warren Street
This project is for the additional of two further floors on top of an existing office building that spans between Euston Road and Warren Street.
The new proposals increase the number of floors from 7 to 9, but by stepping back the upper floors rights to light are maintained to surrounding windows and the apparent mass is reduced, minimising the impact from street level on the Conservation Area side.

Other challenges with this particular site include careful analysis and placing of new structure in order to avoid the Underground lines that run underneath the site.
